A G&A Gardens glass room starts from £10,740 for 3 × 3 m, including installation anywhere in the UK without regional surcharges. A 4 × 3 m glass veranda, with a roof but no enclosing glass walls, starts from £4,800.

What affects the price?
Width and depth
Dimensions affect the roof area and the amount of glazing required. Depth is available up to 5 m. Built to any width – we simply add support posts along the front as it gets wider.
For budgeting, our roof calculation is £400 per square metre. A 4 × 3 m roof covers 12 m², giving a roof price from £4,800 fitted.
Sides and front
Adding glass sides and a front changes the scope from a roof-only veranda to a glass room. Sliding glass sides and fronts are priced from £264 per m² of glazed wall. With a standard 2.5 m wall height, a 3 m side starts from £1,980 and the front from £660 per metre of width. Each glass side also has a fixed glass wedge above it, from £600.
These figures give you a clear starting point. Confirm the number of sides and the front configuration when requesting an estimate.
Options and frame colour
LED lighting, electric blinds and awnings can be added to your project and are priced individually. Ask for your chosen extras to be itemised so you can distinguish the structure price from additions.
Any RAL frame colour is included at no extra cost.

Worked example: a 4 × 3 m glass room
For a glass room with a roof, two sides and a front:
- Roof: 4 × 3 m × £400/m² = £4,800
- Two sides: 2 × (3 m × 2.5 m × £264/m²) = 2 × £1,980 = £3,960
- Front: 4 m × 2.5 m × £264/m² = £2,640
- Two glass wedges (above the sides): 2 × £600 = £1,200
- Total starting price: £4,800 + £3,960 + £2,640 + £1,200 = from £12,600 fitted
This is a guide price. Once you are happy with your estimate, we visit to measure and confirm your fixed price.
What is included?
The fitted price covers the agreed aluminium-and-glass structure, any RAL frame colour and installation by our own team. The roof uses 10 mm toughened safety glass. Pawel, the owner, is your single point of contact.
The warranty is 7 years on aluminium and 3 years on glass. Installation takes 2–8 weeks depending on the size of the structure, with the schedule confirmed for your order.
Optional extras such as LED lighting are priced separately.
Payments are staged: 35% deposit, 35% after aluminium installation and 30% after glass installation.
