1. Full Roof Cover with Added Side Protection

The client contacted us with a clear idea: they needed a veranda glass roof to cover the entire patio. In addition, they asked for one fixed glass panel on the left-hand side, to line up with the existing fence and give a bit more privacy from the neighbouring property.

The goal was to keep the space open and light, but slightly more sheltered on one side.

2. Our Solution and Installation Process – Bespoke Glass Garden Veranda

We designed a bespoke veranda with a clear glass room feel, but without enclosing the space completely. Just one side – the left – included a fixed glass panel, acting as a continuation of the fence.

The aluminium frame was finished in Chestnut Brown (RAL 8015), which worked well with the look of the garden and blended nicely with the boundary elements.

3. A Small Change, Big Difference

Partway through the build, the client asked if we could extend the glass on the left to align better with the fence and improve privacy from the neighbour’s side.

We made the adjustment easily. This one change made a noticeable difference, giving the client that extra bit of shelter and visual separation, without boxing in the whole area.
